Our Process
Every project we take on is unique in its own way. Higher customization requires more pivoting. Learn about a general approach to most projects below and don’t hesitate to reach out with custom ideas. We will always provide you with a free written estimate on what to expect.

Start with an Estimate
There are two routes you can take in order to get an estimate. The easiest would be to stop by our shop to discuss everything in person. Alternatively, you can contact us online by sending us descriptive photos from different angles and describing what type of project, model, and year your item is. We will reach out to you with further details. Keep in mind, there will be some projects we cannot provide estimates for over the phone or through pictures.

Agree on Work and Timeline
Once you have had a chance to think everything over, we will need a deposit of 50% to begin the work. We will let you know what sort of time frame you can expect before we start.

Pick Out Material
We have plenty of samples at the shop for you to look through if you are in need of inspiration. We also work with plenty of fabric manufacturers where we can show you different varieties of leathers, vinyls, or fabrics. We are knowledgeable in different material types and which will work best with your project. In some cases we might have your selected material in stock which means we wont have to order anything, in the case that we do, we will always communicate the anticipated shipping time.

Begin Work
Once we have ordered and received the material, we will begin working on the project. We typically give you a call to let you know that material has been received (if ordered) and how many days we anticipate for labor.

Communication of Additional Repairs
In certain cases when you open up a particular project, you discover some additional issues that you might have not seen on the surface. Before we start addressing any new issues, we will send you photos of what we found and give you a call to discuss the next steps and if this means a change in the scope of work we agreed upon.

Pick Up
Once we are done, we can schedule time for you to pick up your project. Upon pick up we will expect the remainder of the payment. We accept either check or cash. We do not accept credit cards.
